Hales Property Management Inc. (HPM) is a full service management company formed in 2003 and conveniently located in the Northwest loop of Chicago . We are tailored to service Chicago ’s condominium associations that are typically 100 units and less. Our services are devoted solely to managing all aspects of your association in addition to maintaining a proactive and long term strategy that will ultimately add value to your investment. We focus all of our energy on meeting the needs of the modern day association.

HPM ONLY manages condominium, homeowner (town home), and co-op associations. We feel that other real estate management companies are simply unable to provide the focused approach that HPM offers. Association management involves more than managing property; association management involves managing people and personalities.

Experience

We have over 10 years of extensive knowledge and experience in owner’s representation of large projects, construction, and property management that will assist your association with managing various building related issues efficiently and cost effectively. We are able to handle all aspects of your association including, but not limited to, managing your utilities (phone, gas, electric, cable, water), construction projects, building insurance, security, claims, bylaws, janitorial and maintenance contracts, and any other vendors conducting services in your building.

We focus on servicing the individual needs of your association in order to obtain specific goals related to the property. Our philosophy in managing buildings is to make the accounting portion as automatic as possible so that the primary focus is on proactively managing your building. Email is predominantly used for all non-emergency correspondence related to managing your building. Our small staff enables us to keep our overhead costs to a minimum, but still provide the level of service that you deserve.
